Our application process works as follows:

1) Create an account by clicking the REGISTER button (top right corner of the screen).

You must set your forum name to match the name of your toon. First name only, no last names, nothing else but an exact match of your toon's first name.

You must answer all the questions, your registration is also your application process!! You'll receive an email then click the link in it to ACTIVATE your account. You MUST then login with your account information. NOBODY receives your application until you successfully login the first time.

All members are expected to participate in our forums, a great deal of things are covered there. A good example is reading this ENTIRE post. Everything here is important, failure to read it means you won't understand how to bid, how DKP works, flag, level and AA reqs, etc.

2) We raid 7:30EST 4days a week (Friday & Saturday are free nights, Thursday is raid optional night). Make contact around 7:15EST, with any member of SA to determine where to go for our nightly raids. Make certain to touch base with an officer/guild leader/raid leader for the night to be invited to the raid. You will need to do this during your app phase, it is solely your responsibility to attend raids during this period and interact with the guild. We have a guild recruiter, that is Abiadan. Please PM him in game (outside of raid times) OR email him at 'abiadan@yahoo dot com'

3) Up to 7 days later, you might be extended a trial offer if you did the above steps. At that time you would be guild tagged and unable to be tagged under any other guild for your trial period.

4) The trial phase lasts up to 30 days. You'll be required to maintain a 50% raid attendence level (roughly 2 nights a week). You will start at -1000DKP in our points tracker, we only use the tracker to keep track of raids you attend, the DKP doesn't matter during this phase.

5) At the end of your trial you might be offered full membership. Every full member starts with 10DKP.

6) Expectations of app/trial members:
Level 75 - 400AAs+, 50% RA level to maintain full member privileges

How our DKP system works:
As an applicant/trial, you will not be able to bid on loot unless it is called as ROT
ONLY Full members can bid on loot called as BIDS

EXAMPLE:
Alcho tells the raid '[b]BIDS Helm of UberPower' - means you cannot bid as a trial member
Alcho tells the raid 'ROT Helm of UberPower'. - means you CAN bid
You would then /tell alcho me please!.
You would then see: Alcho tells the raid 'ROT Helm of UberPower 1 soandso 2 someonelse' etc.
Alcho would then /random and announce the winner as such:
Alcho tells the raid 'ROT Helm of UberPower 1 soandso 2 someonelse FINAL soandso'
